Program Description

When 2018 began, Tennessee had a statewide unemployment rate of 3.3 percent, the sixth lowest in the nation. In April, unemployment in the Chattanooga area fell to an 18-year low. With competition increasing nationwide for high demand employees, how can employers compete for the talent they need in today’s marketplace?

Our presentation will highlight the following:

  • The building blocks of a total rewards strategy: Benefits, Compensation, Workplace Experience
  • Leveraging big data and benchmarking to attract & retain talent
  • Conducting a strategy session with key internal stakeholders
  • Conducting a SWOT analysis of existing rewards plans
  • Communication in the workplace
