SHRM Chattanooga is committed to respecting your privacy. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our website information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

The Information We Collect

Throughout our website, there are registration forms, posting forms for HR related positions and on-line registration for the 2007 Tennessee State Human Resource Conference. These forms may ask for contact information (such as your name, company, mailing address and e-mail address). Contact information from these forms is used to confirm registration or to post a position that you requested. Forms on our site that request financial information do so in order to bill you for services ordered.

The Way We Use Information

We use the information you provide about yourself when registering for a meeting, conference or posting a position. We do not share this information without outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete a reservation. We do not use personal information collected during registrations for solicitations.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You have the option to e-mail a page from our website, in this case we will ask for the Recipient’s e-mail address and your e-mail address. We will automatically send the recipient the page you requested. SHRM Chattanooga does not store this information. The information collected is for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email.

As a member of SHRM Chattanooga, your name and company information are listed in our Member Directory that is posted on the website. This directory is for members only and is not to be used for solicitation purposes. If you would like for your information to be removed from our directory, please contact our Website Administrator at shrmchattanooga@hotmail.com.

A cookie is a small text file containing a unique identification number that is transferred from a website to the hard drive of your computer.
